• Question: Do you like animals. If so what's your favorite?

      Yes I do like animals – I was a farm boy in my youth, and not even that put me off them!

      Hmmm favourite. Tricky. I could answer my two year old son, he’s a wee beastie! I think dogs, though, even though it’s a bit boring. We always had them when I was growing up and they become such an integral part of the family.

      I never had any pets growing up as my dad isn’t an animal person. Since moving out I’ve not yet lived in any animal friendly accommodation, so still animal free. I think I’m a dog person, and I hope to test this hypothesis in the near future.

      As suggested by the space cat poster that lives on the wall next to my desk, I am rather fond of cats. Sadly, living in student accommodation means that my cat Arya lives at my parents’ house. As my parents live in the country, this does mean she gets to run around catching mice in fields rather than dodging cars in suburban Southampton, so I think she’s probably better off there!

      I love animals! It’s really hard to choose to a favourite. I have a puppy called Rudy, so he is my favourite animal friend at the moment. I really like cats too, but unfortunately my husband is allergic so we can’t have one.

      One of my dreams is to live in the tropics. If that happens, I would like to have my garden full of sloths and parrots and other native exotic creatures. My ultimate life goal is have an elephant called Pamplemousse.

      Always had a minimum of 2 dogs growing up and the most frequent was Labradors. We had one when I was born called Scotty who I loved, and we still have our Lab, Che, who is getting old and grey now. So basically, Labs are my favorite animal.

    I’VE HAD A PARROT CALLED JESSE HE DIED:( BUT WE GOT ANOTHER CALLED CRESTER HE THEN DIED TOO AND I THEN MOVED TO MY DADS AND WE HAVE 2 CATS 2 DOGS 1 RABBIT AND A TANKFUL OF TROPICAL FISH BUT MY LOVE FOR BIRDS HAS NEVER STOPPED!!
